This notice describes how the personal data of users who visit the veridia.it website and interact with its services are processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

What data we collect
We only collect the data that users voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message.
- Job applications: the data contained in the CV or message sent to our dedicated address (candidature@veridia.it).
- Navigation data: the server hosting the website may automatically record certain technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request) in its system logs, for security and diagnostic purposes. Such data is deleted periodically.
The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or marketing tools and does not carry out any user tracking.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to requests sent through the contact form — legal basis: responding to a request from the data subject and taking pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing job applications — legal basis: pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website — legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Third-party tools and services
- Contact form delivery (FormSubmit): the form uses the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) to deliver messages by email. The data entered in the form passes through the provider’s servers solely for delivery purposes. This may involve a transfer of data to countries outside the EU, subject to adequate safeguards.
- Fonts (Google Fonts): the website loads its fonts via the Google Fonts service. During loading, Google may receive the visitor’s IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Hosting: the website is hosted on servers located within the European Union (HostingRent).
Place of processing and retention
Data is processed at the controller’s premises and those of the providers listed above. Data provided through the form or job applications is kept only for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, portability and withdrawal of any consent given. To exercise these rights, simply write to info@veridia.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
